CodeBlueNow!
Goal: Build the public will for health system transformation in Oregon.
CodeBlueNow!, a national nonprofit, is building the public will for health system transformation in Oregon.
Oregon has a long history of civic engagement and national leadership on important issues. We're empowering Oregonians to use their energy and innovative spirit in building a groundswell of support for change through partnerships with other health care reform groups, civic organizations, and Oregonians themselves. Together we will articulate a vision of a reformed Oregon health care system and create the public will to make the vision politically possible.
Let Your Voice Be HeardTake the Opinionnaire® Online!!
Please take this online survey, so we can report on what Oregonians want in a health care system. Opinionnaire® is unlike most other surveys -- it helps us find the degree of consensus and polarization on issues, allowing us to discover common ground amongst a diverse range of people on even the most difficult issues. In this Opinionnaire®, we're asking you to tell us about your health care values. Be sure and take the time. We will share this with you, the Governor and legislators so we’ll know what Oregonians need and want.

The Opinionnaire® is completely anonymous, so feel free to tell us how you really feel.
Thank you for taking the time to do this.
